I used these to replace spikes on my FJ shoes. They are nowhere near as sturdy but do a decent job short term.

Did the job
The hardest thing was to get the old cleats out. The holes for the tool to remove and fit new cleats get very blocked and need to be drilled out. I have found no other way to do this properly.
