Q: Are these waterproof?

No. And honestly not very warm either for being Cold Wear.

I use two pairs of these gloves for work every week. I rotate pairs every day. I wash them in my washer along with my work pants (cold water, laundry detergent, NO FABRIC SOFTENER). After the wash is finished I hang dry them. I've never attempted to dry them in the dryer and I really wouldn't suggest it. I wash all my Mechanix Wear gloves this way and they hold up well. Hope this helps!

Q: Any ratings for cut resistance?

Not that great. I work on a dock where we deal with pallets and broken wood and I've own the original pair and the fingers rip open at the tip all the time. Bought 2 or 3 pair and the same thing. They're comfortable but only last about 3 months tops with constant daily use

Q: Can these gloves be used on touchscreen devices?

I use a Sonim XP8 cellphone. These gloves do NOT work on my screen. The thinner Mechanix gloves do though.
