Thanks for the question, yes these are the Official WIFFLE Ball Branded balls that have 8 holes on one side of the ball.

Q: Baseballs have a 9-inch circumference. This says the Wiffle balls have a 9-inch *diameter* -- isn't this a mistake?

Definitely not 9" diameter. I no longer have them so can't measure but they are more the size of a regular baseball.

Q: How Much Does It Weigh?

I don't know how much one ball weighs but these are the only brand we buy now. They don't crack and break like the cheaper brands and hold up indefinitely.
