I'm running 15.7.3 on mine with no issues, just haven't bothered the latest upgrade

The ipod touch I got was a 7th generation with iOS 15.7.5 on it

They are reconditioned, so not in iPod packaging, just brown cardboard with device and charger. Don’t buy in my opinion - I did not know things as it was almost the same price. It’s now impossible for me to return it as I live in Jersey and my Post office won’t accept Amazon QR codes which Amazon claims is the only methods on return. Very misleading!!

I think you can. If you have sperate accounts and connect via family share you can share with others on group.
