La pierre à pizza levivo est idéale pour transformer un four traditionnel en four à pizza. Préalablement, faite chauffer le four à 250 degres (max) avec la plaque et la cuisson en 8 mn est prete à déguster je recommande excellent rapport qualité prix pour une pierre à pizza

Piedra perfecta para hornear panes y pizzas en hornos convencionales
Suelo hacer panes con frecuencia pero nunca había utilizado una piedra para hornearlos. En los hornos convencionales de casa es complicado conseguir una temperatura alta y constante por lo que la piedra es perfecta para subsanar ese inconveniente. Tiene un tamaño de 30x38 y 1 centímetro de grosor. Se coloca sobre la rejilla del horno y se precaliente dentro. Es conveniente usar un papel de horno entre la piedra y los panes o las pizzas puesto que es un material muy poroso que no se limpia. De este modo nos durará mucho más tiempo estéticamente con menos manchas.La diferencia al hornear es considerable. Salen panes y pizzas mucho mejor horneados.Viene embalada en una caja plana con bastante protección.

Nice size for making pizza's and baking loaves of bread!!
I love this thing... We've had it for several weeks now and have used it a number of times for both bread and pizza.This was the last thing we needed to help make our homemade pizza's that I am really happy with.We have been using a metal round sheet pan with holes in to bake on before this and had always been disappointed with the crust. Not anymore!The item is fairly heavy and well-made, we gave it a good wash with Warm water before we used it and left it to air dry outside.Cooking with this pizza stone is a real joy and cooks our pizzas really well be sure to heat up the stone really well before placing your pizzas on it to cook.We keep ours in the oven at all times, please beware that this stone will stain so please do keep that in mind when buying this.Also, don't wash this straight away, wait for it to be cooled down enough after use as it doesn't bow well in fluctuating temperatures and will crack if it goes from hot to cold to fast.Also after every use, you have to take it out, scrape away the overspill of cheese/crusts and wash it with warm water only.Don't use a sponge on this stone as you will end up scrapping your sponge on the surface of the stone, and the next time you'll be cooking sponge lol. A Great buy... I expect to get many years of use out of it!
