It does work temporarily
It works very well, but do not use it more than once a day. It says you may get sinus fluid from overusing it and it is true. I used it twice a day and I got a runny nose from it. But, other than that it will help you breathe. I only use it at night now.

I only use Vicks till now. Glad I ordered these and love them. More of a menthol smell.
