KEENTarghee 3 Closed Toe Hiking mens Sport Sandal

These replaced a pair of Merrell Blaze that just reached the end of their useable life. Fit seems similar (size 8) and equally comfortable. I would be happy with either make.I had read that some Keen sandals can be slightly smaller than expected so went for a 8.5 UK initially and found these to be a bit closer to a UK 9. Replaced with UK 8 and the fit is exactly right.The build quality looks good with a well lugged sole that looks grippy. The uppers nicely balance sandal openness with plenty of foot protection. Hope they last as long as the Merrell's!

These sandals are ideal for summer walking, beachcombing od just casual wear. They are not the usual made in China appalling fit/quality, but for once I'm delighted to find footwear that is well made, leather and robust, yet flexible and extremely cpmfortable. As a grumpy old hard to please customer, it takes a lot for me to give five stars but these are superb.
