It would have been a nice hat had it not been completely flattened in the bag it came in. There's a large, permanent crease on one side of the hat that I'm unable to remove..I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Nicely made from quality material making it very comfortable to wear. The embroidered Australian map / flag is beautifully done and much better than a lousy stitched-in patch.Just wish that they had more colours to choose from and an XL option for my husband. ‘One-Size’ doesn’t fit everyone !!

The hat itself is AWESOME!! Shipping was a different story -the hat was shipped smushed FLAT in a mailer envelope and the hat was crushed!! Should have been shipped in a box like other hats.
