Doesn't curl when you bend over!
I've been looking for shapewear that will not curl when I bend over for what seems like forever. I'm in my 60s, so you do the math. I'm very much an apple shape with a 1" waist. After reading other reviews, I bought the 3X instead of the 4X. The first time getting it on was a bit of a struggle until I ignored the instructions and hooked it top-down not bottom-up. I found that curling/folding the material upward in my hand and then hooking it worked great. When finished, I just tug it a bit into position. I've been wearing it for an average of 10 hours a day and after nearly a week, I forgot I had it on. In fact, on about the 3rd or 4th day, I felt something biting into my skin under the arms and thought, "Great, this thing isn't gonna work." When I checked, I discovered it was my bra. LOL!

Fabulous, use the size chart.
I wear large shirts and size 14 pants and got a 3x and it fits perfectly tight on the loosest hook so while I lose weight I can go down hooks without getting a new one. I have worked out in this(not really able to do crunches due to boning) and it's good for that. It's sweaty when you take it off so its not PERFECTLY breathable but it isn't bad at all. Love it. Might wear it for my wedding.

Sturdy but runs small in size
I am approximately 5’7” and weigh about 200 pounds.I have always had to order a bigger size for things like this and since I didn’t want it to make me smaller, but just wanted it to lightly smooth my stomach area I ordered a 3X.Very sturdy and well made but I couldn’t get it around me.Came up about 4 inches short to fasten.Was a good quality product but I sent it back

This does not fit well, and it will always show from clothes.

Excellent quality, but not true to size.
This product is excellent quality! But, I cannot rate the rest of it. It's not true to size. Definitely get two to three sizes bigger than what you where. If you wear a XL get a 3X or maybe even a 4X
