Q: Is there any way to use this with a tension rod at the top instead of velcro and tacks for easier and frequent removal?

I MacGyvered something like this using heavy duty shower curtain liners and thought through all the possibilities. I live in an apt and don't want to damage anything or permanently nail in or adhere anything. My solution was Command Large Picture Hanging Strips (bought a big bag right here on Amazon). I cleaned the ceiling and put the Picture Hanging Strips in a row and adhered the matching strip to the curtain. It sticks beautifully! I need another and just found this which I'll adhere the same way. I use it to keep my AC air upstairs where I live but soon discovered it was keeping the rather pungent aromas of my downstairs neighbor's cooking at bay.
