Q: can these paints be used for air brushing ?

This is a medium-bodied acrylic paint, so as is, it is probably too thick for air brushing. You would need to thin it. You may want to try the Arteza paints in the bottles, they are thinner. If you want to use these, you can thin them with water, but no more that 30% of the total volume being water, or you risk cracking of the paints because the water can interfere with the binding agent. You might also want to use either a paint medium, or Floetrol, so the air brush machine doesn't clog.

Q: Can these be used on ceramic tiles? Does it peel off? Should it have a sealer apied over if and if so, what type?

I actually have not tried these on the ceramic tiles but have other acrylic brands. As long as you use a spray topcoat or some kind of varnish mine have not peeled.
