Q: Is this the product you apply with heat or is this more like a deep conditioner?

It is more like a deep conditioning treatment but if you blow dry immediately after showering it will leave your hair super straight and it lasts a couple weeks for me.

Chi Enviro has a 4 step process to get rid of frizzes. The treatment in the salon where they apply the product and then hot iron it in, much like the Brazilian Keratin product minus the smell, eye irritation, and formaldehyde. Then at home you have the shampoo and creme rinse products which I used as a normal cleaning routine, 2 shampoos, 10 mins creme rinse on head then rinse. Last, you have the serum before blow drying. I loved the fact that it was formaldehyde free in salon treatment and has silicone and pearl. I had to stop using it because it made my head smell, turned my blonde highlights dark , shampoo and creme rinse, styling serum, and I could not get a curl or wave in my hair if I wanted to.

The list is too long. But if you look it up at Beauty care choices they have a complete list. When I can 't it anywhere else I will buy it there. Hope that helps.
