These are a top-notch addition to many of the bakery items I make at home. They have gotten too expensive for me but I surely miss them. Highly recommend for those who can afford them.

i’ve seen people on youtube and tiktok use chocolate callets for baking brownies and cookies, and oh my god these are so worth it. They’re so soft and milky :P i’m so excited to use them for making chocolate cookies!!! plus these are much more cheaper than the callebaut brand chocolate, even though they’re basically the exact same thing! i’m only nervous about having to temper the chocolate since i’ve never done it before :)

Chocolate tastes good not my favorite flavor persay as I would prefer something closer to Cadbury or dove. Melts in your mouth nicely!

I tempered this chocolate, it was the first time I've done it, and this chocolate worked perfectly for the task. I made chocolate covered cherries with a liquid fondant center using invertase. The process worked well, and I'm excited to make more!I gave my dad a chocolate covered spoon to lick clean, and he said, wow, this is some really good chocolate! He's the choco-holic in the family, so I trust his judgement!

Great taste and melt factor on this. All of the chocolate cupcakes adornments are made with these chocolates. Everyone loved their taste. For me personally I’d like them darker but all they had available was milk..🤷🏻‍♀️
