For what it's worth I just bowl for fun with my family. I wanted my own shoes that were cute and comfortable regardless of needing a couple years to recoup my expense. After reading all the reviews on bowling shoes I was concerned about sizing. I measured my foot on a ruler according to their sizing chart and the results seemed way out of line. In street shoes I wear an 8 - 8.5. I took the gamble and ordered an 8 since my experience is that bowling shoes run a little big. These fit great - true to size! I don't think I'd recommend these to someone with certifiably wide feet but they fit my normal just fine. They slide nicely but I never felt like I was going to fall or lose control. Tip: I wore nice running socks with them that have a high heel tab. The shoe didn't pull the socks down like they were with my low profile socks and my heel didn't pop out.

I was so excited to purchase these!! Imagine my disappointment, that when they arrived, they felt like tight boxes on my feet. I am always an 8M in street shoes, and have little to no problem finding a fit, even in inexpensive shoes. I always rent an 8 at the bowling alley, so I thought an 8 in these was a pretty safe bet.Not so. I had a little room in the toe area, but across the ball of my foot it was tight. Very uncomfortable. I am returning these, but I am thinking about reordering in an 8.5. Hope they fit!!

I've had these bowling shoes for over 6 months and still love them! Very durable and are used on a weekly basis. True to a size 6.5. No issues with sizing. I typically prefer a wider shoe but they don't feel cramped at all.
