Hard to open
I have not used the wipes on my dog yet, but I have it set up ready to go now. But it was very hard to get the lid off and get all the plastic off around the edges so you can use the wipes.

Work very well

Help keep tear stains to minimum
I use on puppy daily and it helps keep tear stains down. Our puppy has allergies so it is nice to find something that helps.
