Getting an English mastiff puppy I had done a lot of research on food and treats. The Blue products for my fur baby have all been wonderful. Great in protein for him, gentle on his stomach. Will continue to purchase for him.

My golden retriever is very happy with this dry food but we put a little canned food on it.

My son got a puppy for Christmas and immediately started her on a Blue Buffalo diet. I have used they products because of their nutritional value, overall quality, and history of helping my maintain good health in all my dogs. Combine a great product with Amazon's outstanding customer support and you have a winning combination.

And the resealable bag, which also blocks light, keeps the food fresh.

I have attached a photo of important nutritional information that should have been included in the Amazon photos. The photo is a little hard to read because of the metallic bag. Crude protein is 36%, crude fat is 16%, crude fiber is 5%, and moisture is 10% max. I've just started feeding my 8-week-old pup, so I can't give more of a review at this time.I also want to add that the calorie content is 433 calories/ cup.

I used to feed this to my cat when she was alive, and I could count on one hand how many times she ever vomited. She never had health issues. I ordered this dog food for my friend's pit bull puppy who was having all kinds of health issues. He came from a bad home and he kept having troubles one right after another. He kept getting sick with stomach troubles and got an abscess on his leg and his hair started falling out. Severe inbreeding due to a bad home is suspected in his case. Puppies should not have a plethora of health issues right off the bat when they are young and resilient. Ever since he has been eating this food, his health has improved and his hair has stopped falling out. This is one of my number one recommendations for a pet food!

This product is a little pricey, but I’ve been feeding it to my now 10m old English Cream Retriever since we got her at 8 weeks. She loves it, so I assume it taste good for her. I haven’t seen any negative gut effects from it which is great. All I see is a great/healthy “puppy”. When she turns 1 year old, I plan on turning her to a nonpuppy blue buffalo food.

Our new puppy is thriving being on this food and is always waiting for feeding time. His growth rate is excellent and he has a lot of energy. Even though it's a little expensive we plan on keeping him on it for at least a year.
