Does NOT Work
Item shipped without the downloadable program disk. Was able to finally get set up via online. Engraver will not go deep enough to "show-up" on plaque. Plaque also slips on tray and must be held in place by a ruler or such. Received no help from seller. Would return if I could.

Life Changing!
Absolutely love this machine! I was a little intimidated at first, not much info online to guide(and what I did find had been translated to English, so kinda hard to follow) BUT- the software was very basic, not difficult to self teach for the most part. Shipping was quick- boxing was study- and it was pre assembled. I taught myself through trial and error.

Could not use because it's not in English. Sent email to company but of course my email was in English so they have not responded.

Loved the engraver. Do follow the steps in the instructions. If not the software defaults to Chinese language. Overall a 5 starts product.
