It took a while, but we are very happy with our purchase.Firstly, this took several weeks to deliver... but that’s the times we live in.Secondly, this comes in 2 large boxes: a light one with just the 2 mattresses, and a heavy one with everything else. Initially, the seller sent ONLY the heavy box. (In their defense, the BOX 1 OF 2 printed on the box is pretty inconspicuous.). I contacted the seller through the Amazon site, and they replied within a day and immediately sent out the second box... which took another week to arrive.Thirdly, this is not easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself, but I’m an engineer comfortable with putting things together. The instructions are illustrations, like IKEA and Lego. However the pieces do not slide together easily, and some took pounding to drive home. Everything then gets bolted together, using the provided tools. (The only tool I used that wasn’t provided was the mallet I used for pounding.)Other than that, it’s all good.This is very sturdy and feels secure even with us two non-lightweights laying on it.The cushions are comfortable and seem well made. They zipper together, and are designed with sleeves to keep the tops in place, and tie-downs to keep the bottoms in place.And despite that, this is surprisingly light and easily rolled from place to place on the two wood wheels.

This was very easy to assemble. No issues at all unlike other furniture I’ve put together. It came relatively quick and is super comfy. There was one piece of a seat with broken wicker but the company quickly responded and replaced it. And so far the padding holds up with rain even if we leave it out all the time. Def would recommend.

My husband set up both loungers roughly within a hour. Don’t bother with allen wrench included. Use tools and it will go a lot faster. Was bummed the teal color looks more green and at night looks like it is glowing. Overall nice purchase for backyard and comfy to relax on!

It took some time to put together and I couldn’t figure out how to connect one of the bottom bars because holes didn’t align/screws too short I don’t know but it didn’t work. I took a star off for that overall I’m happy with it and I never felt lost or frustrated throughout the assembly process the instructions weren’t the problem. It looks far more expensive than it is, comfy, more durable than those mesh loungers that I was replacing every 2 years. I feel like I’m in a resort in my back yard!!

I ordered this for an out of the way area of my garden. This was easy to put together by myself, seems very durable, and also very comfortable. Perfect if you're looking for something larger for a nap/reading nook, and you don't want to try climbing in and out of a hammock.

From the Amazon pictures, I think the quality of this has gone downhill. My guess is the manufacturer made one batch and at this point they are selling the rejects.Putting this together tested me as a human. I felt myself reverting back to animal instincts and a rage that I have not felt in years. It is impossible to build with the tools provided. It is very cheap and definitely costs nowhere close to the listing price to produce. I built this solely to see if I could (I had too much shame to return it having bought the cheapest one I could find and expected more). I conquered it and now I know how blacksmiths of old times must have felt.For some reason they’ve put little rubber feet in every damn opening of the legs. If I count correctly only three are necessary. At first I thought maybe they were trying to protect the ends, however, the amount of paint chips that come off of this thing proved that they cannot possibly care. You have to basically chisel those plastic feet out in order to assemble it. I also had to re tap some of the holes because some welded metal was blocking the screws from going in. The welds look like someone’s first attempt at welding. Oh and you can hear little bits of metal rattling around inside the legs.Once it is built it seems sturdy but I do not expect this to survive outside for very long. So in summary:China: numba 1USA: 0Having the primal feeling of bending metal to your will: priceless.

These chairs overall are ok. The cushions have faded since purchasing in April. The chair itself seems sturdy, but be prepared to purchase new cushions frequently.
