Fuel pressure regulator
Working perfectly for a 2004 impala with a 3400 engine. Fixed the fuel leak, emissions code on the catalytic converter, starting problems, and fuel mileage went from 23mpg to 28mpg. Easy removal and install without removing throttle body. YouTube is your friend

Solved my problem
There are several how to videos online. None matched the conditions I encountered perfectly and this vehicle was bone stock, however after overcoming various discrepancies, this item replaced the faulty item perfectly and has been working fine.

The oring was slightly distorted
The part was installed and no matter what fuel leaked. I ended up noticing there was a small indent in the oring at the top and bottom like it was squished at some point and caused a fuel leak. But after the oring was changed it was perfect.

Good product but beware of issues with install
I installed this on a 2005 Chevy Venture. The product has solved my problem so no issues there, but be aware that the space is tight and you're probably going to have to move/adjust/modify more than is shown on the YouTube videos which walk you through the installation process.
