Unfortunately mental illness runs through the females in my family. When my 10 year old granddaughter screamed. "I want to kill myself" her mom spoke with her about journaling using pictures if words couldnt be use. I showed her many options, this one she chose. (Of course she is now in counseling)

I am almost finished writing in this journal (I bought it in April) and I have to say how much I loved this journal. It’s so easy to write in. I push down pretty hard when I write and I haven’t had the issue of it pressing onto the pages behind it. The paper isn’t see through even if I use highlighters. The cover is beautiful. And it’s lasted and held up for 4 months. I’m impressed!

This is perfect if you like to journal along with your planning! There’s a check list to start off each month, and there’s plenty of space to write in each day. There are plenty of pages for notes at the end of the planner and at the end of each month there is a notes page. It’s a great way to reflect on your progress and determine any changes you need to make moving forward. There’s 3 pages of stickers and each monthly tab has a cute phrase. I like how this planner carries you through January of 2022 in case it takes you a min to get another planner next year like me. I added a video as well.

This is perfect for my daughter. She asked me to buy her this one though I tried to convince her to let me buy another one.
