Functionally exquisite
Right size great on an off cap space saving very portable love it

Expandable Jug
The jug was convenient and worked as described. However, the seam near the handle tore during a camping trip. I called Coghlan's directly when I retuned home.Customer Service was polite and accommodating. They mailed me a replacement, immediately, at no charge. I have purchased many items from Coghlan's and would not hesitate to buy more.

Great product
This is the second one i bought and they work great and space saving!

Did not last long - not sturdy enough
At first, I was excited about this item. Very few jugs on the market seem to be collapsible with good volume and sturdy. Well, this one lacks the sturdiness. After only 3 months of use (one one-week roadtrip, and a few times where I was working out all day), it has created small holes where you pull up on the front of the handle and I think there are leakage areas around where the cap is screwed. Of course it's after the return window so stuck with the purchase. This does not hold up to multiple carries and I would avoid

Good for one or two uses
Not a bad product, but the connecting point between the handle and the main body is a point of weakness. After a few times carrying a full jug, a little crack had developed and it was no longer water tight.

Broke during the first fill
This is a great, compact jug ... I just wish the handle didn't break during the first fill up! It was a small tear where the handle meets the jug towards the front so we were able to duct tape it and continue using it for the rest of the camping trip. Just wont ever use it again. Even with the tape, it then leaked and was hard to pour. Not ideal while camping in the desert.
