Impact Resistant Polycarbonate Sheet, Smooth, ASTM D 3935, Clear, 1/4" Thick, 24" Width, 48" Length

I used this to make a perfect circle sewing template for my wife. Now all her friends want one. This is just right for thickness and rigidity. Perfectly clear. Lexan beats plexiglass hands down. Wonderful stuff and priced right with Prime shipping to boot. I could have driven all over the city to find lexan, paid twice as much, and used gas. This came in two days with free shipping. Tightened my "eco" halo just a little.

Description says it can vary by 3/16 but it was short by 1/4 in both directions. However, it is still a well made polycarbonate sheet with good protective film, clean and no scratches

Had a scratch on it that was under the plastic, so didn't notice till after I cut the piece.

Ordered 24"x24" got 23.75" X 23.75" of you look at the product description you will see they are undersized. Wish I had looked more closely.Nothing else to complain about, no scratches.

I have received good parts in the past, but have never received a lexan sheet without protective covers. The piece arrived heavily abraded and scratched. The reason you get clear lexan is so that you can see through it. (Especially when you pay $100 for one square foot.)

This is my 4th order of 6 plycarbonate sheets. The first 3 orders I recieved the Lexan polycarbonate sheets. The Lexan product is very sturdy and great for the products I create. Unfortunately this order is a no name brand and does not meet my standards for the product I make. They are way too flimsy.

This is the 3rd one I've ordered. All three have had scratches. The first one was just ridiculous. The protective backing had come off of half of it. I don't know how it got so badly damaged. It was packed in plain brown paper inside an over-sized box. Could the paper have done that?The second one looked good at first glance. Then I noticed a thin scratch in the protective sheet. After I pulled the sheet off there was a thin but deep groove. It looked like someone had hit the corner of another Lexan piece edge or maybe the corner of a table.I sent both of those back and ordered a 3rd.The 3rd arrived today. Scratched. But they're only two light scratches. I'm going to try to buff them out as I get the feeling this is as good as it gets.If you need some scratched polycarbonate you've come to the right place. You're practically assured that's what you'll get. So if scratches don't matter to your application you'll be fine. Otherwise... I don't know. I'm sure someone is getting non-marred plastics. They must be, right? Not me though.Good luck. And to the seller, how about training your people to be cautious with this stuff. This is just carelessness.
