The media could not be loaded. Our pug is 14 and paralysis is progressing quickly in his hind legs. We’ve tried a lot of things to help him and nothing has worked. It didn’t feel right to make the difficult end of life decision knowing he was otherwise healthy and we could try a wheelchair first. We are so glad we purchased this!It took a week or so for him to fully adjust, putting him in it for small periods at a time. Now he’s got a new lease on life. He can get around much more independently and is getting the exercise he needs - This has also helped get other bodily functions to work more normally/regularly. We can take him out again to the dog park and on walks.Initial assembly was a little challenging but worth it. Quality is great and it has a lot of adjustment options to fit your dogs needs. We also bought the upgraded harness/vest and we’re glad we did as it more comfortable for our dog and is easier to use. Getting him in and out of the wheelchair is a breeze.Would highly recommend this brand if you’re looking for more mobility for your dog.

The media could not be loaded. Sister is new to our family, she was neglected at her previous home and after an accident she didn’t leave her bed for 2 years. Her back legs have unfortunately frozen in the exact position you see, which means they don’t go in the harness the way they’re supposed to. However, I still set everything up how you normally would, then I lay down a blanket or a small dog bed, and just lay her on top!It’s been about a week of using the wheelchair 3x a day for about 15 minutes, but today was her first day outside with her wheelchair. She did so good. She turned around for the first time, and attempted to roll in the grass! We don’t know how much longer Sister will be with us, and this is such an important addition to her life. It’s giving her the chance to experience movement again and you can see how happy she looks. I couldn’t be happier, truly!My only side note is that it really seems to pull her to the side, but her body is a bit angled and it could be that! It’s still a work in progress on what’s going to work the best for her but for only having this for a week she has made so much progress and I’m so proud and happy for her!! I would definitely recommend, it’s very sturdy and seems high quality. I’m not using it exactly as intended but you get the idea, and it’s worth the price!Shipping was much faster than expected, and assembly was super easy. Sort of a pain to raise the legs, but not a big deal and I don’t think most dogs will need that.

The media could not be loaded. After suddenly becoming paralyzed from a herniated disc in my back I couldn't move my back legs. I was sad and scared my life wouldn't be the same anymore. I was an active outdoor pup, going on walks, patrolling the neighborhood for bunnies.3 weeks after the injury mom met a rehab vet and bought this cart "just in case" the vet said it was okay. The vet loved the idea of getting me back in action. They put this together for me and fit it to my height & width.* It's easily adjustable.* Sturdy* Padding under legs & around chest* Takes some time to get the hang of getting in and out of* Feels safe & secure being velcro strapped in the back* it goes off road, in rocks & grass.We added a sweet license plate with some zip ties. * That's a must!The only issues was finding the right place to attach a leash ( we do ended up putting it through the hooks on the back. One time I wasn't paying attention and got my long tail hair wrapped around the back axle but that was an accident.Everyone loves the cute pink color.Getting these wheels made me feel "normal" again. It afforded me the freedom to get back outside and on walks. It raised my spirits and gave me purpose again. Getting in the cart reminded my mind that back legs could move and the more my legs were able to move the more the nerves were able to heal & wake back up. After 2 months in this cart & working with a rehab vet I'm walking again. The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble. Very good quality. The wheels glides smoothly. Video attached is my furbaby on the 4th day of using the wheelchair and he can already walk comfortable with it. He was also able to pee and poop with it on. So we were very happy.
