Interesting design. Better than a typical travel pillow or lumbar pillow because you can insert your hand in the middle of it and use it like a very thick mitten. I found it works well if I am in a window seat-I can put my hand in it on top of my shoulder and lean against the sidewall of the plane to take a nap. Also works as a lumbar pillow or lap pillow. Very soft and plush..

Its very big. For a hand or neck pillow. I had to lets some beads out and needed to sew it back together. Its the size I thought it would be but its way too full for my likings. Its jice and soft and I like the little beads but its just fuller than I wanted.

This little pillow is just what I've been looking for. A decade ago, I received a small square micro bead pillow when I had a hospital stay. It was stretchy fabric on one side and soft fleece on the other. It has been the only micro bead pillow that has kept it's shape. I used that pillow in the car, in bed, in my recliner - everywhere. I bought one of these hoping the size would be good and that the fabric would be the same or similar to my old one. It does! The stretchy fabric side is cool to sleep on and the fleece side is warmer. It's just the right size for travel in the car or hotel. Perfect!!!! Love it. I bought two more!

Purchased this to replace a slightly larger one that after many years of nightly use sprung a leak. I have autoimmune disease/arthritis and use this type of pillow to prop under joints that hurt. I like this one, wish it was larger, it holds it shape while still being flexible enough to mold to my needs. I believe it would make a great travel pillow no matter your mode of travel. It easily hooks to your bag, purse or luggage. The slot for placing your hand is a unique added feature that I like. I may purchase a few more of this one after I try it for a few weeks.

This was much smaller than expected and fabric was not cool or soft on my face.

It was good in the beginning I got it to use for my arm after surgery. I noticed little beads all over the place and they are coming from the product NOT HAPPY and of course the return/exchange window is closed. Was thinking of getting another but can't take the chance on this happening again. Very disappointed
