Easy to clean and fits the Edge Brownie Pan snugly. I like the Wedge - helps to make brownies thicker than they normally would be and I haven't had any leakage problems at all. I think this product is a MUST HAVE for anyone who has the Edge Brownie Pan. Thanks to the manufacturers for being mindful of how their product is used and offering such a great set of accessories for it.

I reviewed the pan separately but had to enter something here to say these 2 items are great adds to our brownie making. My recipe works best when I use the wedge so the brownies bake into the right depth/height. Very easy to clean, and the lid might need a double check to make sure you have a good seal, but definitely keeps the brownies fresher longer than the old school plastic wrap or foil and hoping for the best...

This is a soft, silicone lid for the Edge Brownie Pan. This is one of the greatest pans invented for a single use and we use it monthly in our house. One of the major flaws with this pan is that it is hard to seal and keep sealed with tin foil and the brownies would start to dry out in a day or 2 in the dry, high desert air of Denver.This lid seals the pan and we are 100% satisfied. My wife read that they were trying to come up with this lid over 6 months ago and it is finally here. If you have this pan, you want this lid.It also comes with a silicone wedge that allows you to cut off 1 or 2 of the "alleys" in the pan if you have a small box, a recipe that creates a smaller batch of brownies, or , I guess, if you want thicker brownies.

The wedge is great for the Corners pan if only needing to make a small batch. Silicone lid fit perfectly over the pan for easy storage or transport.

Makes fabulous brownies, but also wonderful muffins & cornbread! No kidding, it’s a pan that will give your baked goods rave reviews!

This is a perfect addition to the brownie pan. It works perfectly. Totally eliminates the need to cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil to keep things fresh. I've not yet used the insert but it looks like it'd do the job effectively for anything baked from a batter of decent consistency. The spatula is perfectly sized and has the side benefit of letting you cut off smaller or larger pieces.The downside?Since the lid is solid, you can't see how much brownie is left! Oh, the disappointment of peeling it back expecting to find some... only to discover that someone else in the house has been gobbling them up!

nice cover. can withstand the heat... better than plastic wrap that won't stick to this type of pan.

How did I go so long without this? Makes taking brownies to go so easy. And the piece that blocks off a channel allows for a smaller recipe. Genius. If you have a Baker’s Edge I highly recommend getting this.
