Great Dell Product
I have no idea why the other reviews are poor. Dell has coverage on their laptops for a year and good support. The battery doesn't last long but that's any high-powered laptop.

Not recommended for Linux, Overpriced, Very poor support.P
Pros:* Good specs.* Nicely build and seems to be tough.I've got this laptop from my work.Cons:* Not friendly for Linux (in comparison with Lenovo).* I've got a problem, that some keys were not working properly for the new laptop. After opening a support ticket, I was advised by Dell support agent to ask at the community forum. And also I was told that the support is for Windows only.* Poor behaviour with Dell (WD-19) docking station. Not smoothly connecting, issues with headphones.* Sometime when I close the lid, the laptop, doesn't go to sleep.* Overpriced. I would suggest to check Lenov Thinkpad or Mac.

useless touchpad
Dell somehow made the touchpad huge.. and there is some odd with its sensitivity and really useless. Very tough to navigate, click, right-click. This is by disabling all the 'advanced' features to make it bare minimum. It's truly terrible.

Garbage
Really nothing good to say about this computer. My work purchased this for me as my computer and it has been a nightmare since Day 1. Graphic glitches, constant updates that corrupt the OS, terrible, terrible, terrible.
