Works like a charm for 3KM
Yes, It is as described in the product details. Easy to install, configured it for a distance of 3KM and showing me speed of 780Mbps. May be it can work upto 15-20Kms, if both the cpe are in line of sight. Got it in almost half the price (2,999). Initial delivery estimate showed me almost 16-17 days but got it delivered within 8 days.

User friendly! Anyone can configure.
I have been using tplink cpe610 since 3yrs.No issue yet.Best in class and very easy to install and configure.I am using this to monitor my showroom from my residence without internet.

Value for money
I was confused to buy this product or not due to negative reviews. I am using it at 4.67 Kms without any issue . It needs clear line of sight to work, if there are trees in between then make sure you install it at least 15 feet higher than tree height. People who are writing negative reviews might not know the correct way of installation.
