Q: I already have roof bars that fit accros my car not that run along my car will this still be easy to fit onto my existing roof bars

I fitted mine to my original roof rack. Will fit to square bars but not wing bars ect

Q: Does it come with bars or not? it says in the description 'place it on existing roof bars using the clamps provided' but then also says includes bars?

It came with bars and some clamps that looked like they would fix to existing liner bars - BUT the clamps were metal and looked like they may mark if you used them. I bought some proper roof bars and some exhaust clamps from Halfords to fix this on - the cage itself is pretty good for my needs but the bars that came with it were not so good.

Q: Can you take off front and back bars if transporting some timber planks or kayak to lie flat on the basket?
