Great product for use with your Blackstone
This product is a direct swap with a Blackstone product for half the price. The only issue is the handle is stainless instead of rubber or plastic so it gets hot while cooking and you have to find something to grab it with. Where Blackstone has a rubber type handle so you can grab it at anytime while cooking and you’re good

Great accessory for griddle!
Used for steaming, crankin heat up for surface cooking, works as a warmer as well and melting cheese on Blackstone griddle.About 14 buck cheaper than Bstone version (only at Bstone.com or Walmart).It's not as well built but does it's job fine for me.Fits perfectly on 36"x21 1/2 "griddleGood price and looks nice.Decent enough build.

I don't use these on a steam table!I know...gasp! Shock! I use this with different bottom pans up roast in an an oven! I have two pans of differing depths so choose from and use with this top.Hands down makes the best roasting pan ever!..no non stick junk to contaminate the food..no aluminum.. Solid stainless steel...cleans up a dream! No matter how big a turkey or roast it fits! Nothing touches the cover as long as I choose the right bottom pan...I won't ever use a regular roaster from the store again this is a dream come true.

Steel But....
I received my purchase today and I agree with the most recent reviews as I too removed the handle, finding that it is plastic. Which is disappointing since the description stated the handle is metal stainless steel. If you wish to do so, the clearly plastic handle can be replaced with a stainless steel basic kitchen cabinet 3" pull handle. It is a shame that one would have to do that just to have an all steel constructed Dome Cover.
