Great Product
The Sojoy Anti-Hail Protector is a really great product! Due to the increase in hail storms in this region, I decided to purchase this product for a new large SUV. The extra large SUV cover fits well and provides excellent coverage for hail storms. Since my purchase, there have been two major hail storms in this area and it's a relief to have the cover so I don't have to worry about damage from the storms. Due to large size of my SUV, the straps don't connect at all but that problem was solved with two bungee straps that I had previously purchased from Harbor Freight. I simply connected those to the Sojoy straps and it secures nicely. Also, the storage bag was too small to fit the cover in after use but I found the perfect bag on Amazon and it serves the purpose well. The MISSLO Water Resistant Thick Over Size Storage Bag, Folding Organizer Bag, Under Bed Storage, College Carrying Bag for Bedding Comforters, Blanket, Clothes (Grey) serves the purpose well. Overall, I'm totally satisfied with my purchase as it definitely has me prepared for hail storms!

Padded car cover for hail
We have a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V and this car cover fits perfect over it. There is plenty of room. I imagine it would fit a slightly larger car as well. It’s easy enough to put on and take off without my husband. It doesn’t weigh a ton, which is nice if don’t have help putting it on. It came in a nice storage bag, which I doubt I will use lol. The top part feels padded. The padded part almost feels like a thick neoprene wetsuit type material. It isn’t super thick, but sufficient for hail here in Texas, I personally think. I would compare the thickness of the padded part to that of a standard cardboard box. It looks, fits and feels as expected. I took pictures of it on my car (from the front and back) and also close up pictures of the materials. I tired to capture how thick the padded part is. The padded part extends over the top of the car. The part that tucks under the bottom of the car feels like a normal car cover that is not padded. I haven’t had it for long so I will update if I have any issues. So far so good. If my original review stands, I have had no issues to note. I feel it’s a little over priced, but it was worth the buy. Because it was pricey, I only gave it 4 stars. It’s not easy to find a padded car cover for hail. This was one of the only ones I could find. Overall I feel like it looks as it does in the pictures advertised. I hope my review was helpful. I would recommend this to family and friends. Also note- the car cover has a strap to strap it to the car. I haven’t used it yet but it looks like it would work fine.

Amazon refuse to carry this product!!! A horrible product. Run away from this mess.
We bought these (2 of them) to protect cars that won't fit in our garage. Four things became immediately apparent.1) They would likely never fit back in the bags in which they came. Unless you were an origami expert, that just was not an option.2) They have VERY WEAK cheap clips. Two broke upon the first installation requiring us to make repairs right before a storm. They need to be much heavier and stronger. We had to order generic replacements from another source and due to the sewn on constuction, we would up using zip-ties to have a quick fix. The second time we used them a third clip broke. 3 failures out of 4 clips is not a great record..3) They absolutely need a tie-down in the middle of the covering that fits between the wheels. The wind gets under the cover like a sail and lifts it up and partially spins it around, leaving the vehicle exposed.4) The foam section that provides the desired protection absorbs water and it has to be laid out to dry before you can store it. That is virtually impossible anywere that has the slightest breeze. We really wish the product didn't have these drawbacks and we will keep looking for a better solution. Fortunately we didn't have hail in either of the two uses. Based on the issues already present, I don't have confidence that the advertised Torro level protection would be accurate.UPDATE: We just had our first hail storm in the area and the wind literally tore off the cheap clips and left our car completely exposed. It blew off into the yard next door. When I go to retrieve it, it will go in the trash can. Sojoy is just another example of cheap junk from a place that gives stupid names to its products. Sojunk would be more appropriate.Horrible design and horrible construction. Amazon should never restock this product.

Leaves Sides Exposed, Does not Come with Straps
I installed it on a BMW 750i.The protection hail padding leaves a bit of the sides and back edges, and the mirrors exposed. It does not come with hold-down straps. Apparently, those have to be purchased separately. The side material is very thin. I dont have strong hope it will hold up in the weather and sun and that with the wind the grommets will not tear out when strapped down as the material is so thin there.

looks like it's well made
My Son and I bought two of these for our Ford Bronco's to protect from a hail storm. We did put these on to see how they fit and all, they look pretty well padded for hail, these cost about 280.00 so hoping they work. Have not had a hail storm yet but feel like these might be worth the money, we get hail a lot here in Texas

Safe from 2" hail!
We got to use it last night! No damage in 2 inch hail! Proud to have it. A little bulky and difficult to fold after use but that's what makes it work.
