Very good pan.
Very nice. Good Thickness.Though they claim hard anodized is not nonstick, it can be very much nonstick if you know how to use it. and you can use metal spoons with no worry.I expect this to last a very long time. Using it past 2 years and no complaints.It is a little pricey though. And a simple lid would have been great.

Good pan really hard anodised. Coating is also good. Induction friendly. Thickness is good. We cook many vegetables, sufficient for two people

Don't judge on reviews who says tha eggs will stick to pan, no way, it won't, just pre season it as per the booklet provided and you are good to go, pan is smooth so Just don't use steel scrubber and also use scotch brite with less pressure, it will clean effortlessly since food do not stick and no pressure required. Happy purchase. P.S. I purchased especially for egss so yes you can go for it if you are also looking to prepare eggs

Pan is good but the seller has wrong description. The 30cm is a typo.. they will send 20cm. If you want big pan choose the 24 cm

Sturdy
Been hearing a lot about the " unhealthy" aspects of swallowing Teflon using Non stick pans. Hence decided to try this. Already have saucepans, casserole dishes from the same makers. But a bit disappointed because everything sticks including chapathis. Which is frustrating. It is a sturdy heavy bottomed pan for shallow frying. But beware it's not Non stick.
