The pencil covers well and it sharpens easily. No complaints. And the white crayon color stays on fairly well even after hand washing. Mainly what I think is most important is that the underside of your nail does not appear to have a lot of something on it. It is unnoticeable.

The pencil is way too soft. Every time you sharpen it the lead breaks off. It is not like the ones Revlon use to sell. This was not expensive but a waste of money. Can’t recommend

Unfortunately my nails will not whiten any conventional way. This gives them a finished look that is natural and pretty!

I had always used Sally Hansen nail tip pencils before purchasing this bargain pkg. These do not ‘melt’ or get chalky the way they NEED TO. Not soft enough to apply under the nail tips at all. I sharpened a tip in case maybe the white tip was old or dried out, then tested it on cardboard. It did not even leave much mark or residue on cardboard. I soaked my nails, I even soaked the pencil. This white ‘lead’ part was harder than rock. Unusable for the purpose it sells for.

Love the pencils since I don’t feel safe getting a manicure on a regular basis. Great price and quality of product is excellent! Stocking stuffer favorite!!

I like that it has a cover to protect the tip but when sharpening it doesn't give you a good point with no wood on it. It seems like it is one sided.
