My youngest read this whole series in under two weeks!

I enjoyed this series as a teen, but wasn't able to finish it. As an adult with adult money, I made sure to resolve that problem. A 5 star series well worth the read.

It's a good series of books about a young boy raised in a family of criminal masterminds who just so happens to be the brightest boy in any room he's in, as far as intelligence goes. He's far from shining in his motives and goals. It's a good read for younger children who are advanced readers, or children from the ages of 13 and up. Alternatively, it's also great for reading to younger children as the adventure itself can be quite thrilling for over imaginative tykes. Barring those, you could read it yourself and connect with a long forgotten youth, and if anyone says you can't? It's a free country. Tell them they can stick those words and ideas where they belong.

My 11 year old grandson loved these books

My son loves these books and reads them to my husband and I each night. We initially just had the first book, but quickly moved to purchase the rest. These books provide a wide vocabulary and my son is learning new words every day. Great story lines. There are a few curse words on there (damn and hell), so just keep that in mind if you're buying these for little ones.

This set has been a classic for years and my ten-year-old loves them.
