I am extremely pleased with this laptop. It's first boot was into a Linux USB Installer where I proceeded to install Arch Linux. Whindows who? Windows is so....2000.After installing Arch Linux I ran some tests. Gaming you'll get 2-3 hours of game time provided you're not running it on performance profile. I was able to run The Division 2 (my latest fancy as I revisit it) on ultra settings at about 40fps, so Med/Low settings you'll pull 60 easily, just set an FPS cap at 30 or 60 and happy gaming. Also tested Minecraft and it ran very well, no hiccups of any kind.It pretty much played everything I threw at it. Divinity Original Sin 2, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Cyberpunk 2077, Counter Strike Global Offensive (duh), Borderlands 3 and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands; the list goes on. This laptop just nails it.As for outside of gaming (the real reason I bought it), thanks to the GPU it handles image and video editing very well, as to be expected. Additionally, basic tasks like browsing the web and spread sheet use, note taking ect; I managed to configure the system to pull 11-12 hours of battery life when doing menial and mundane tasks. This is while running steam, beebeep and Teamspeak3 in the background.I'd buy this laptop again in a heartbeat, without a doubt. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a pretty universal workhorse.

The laptop (G14) is a good platform has good all around specs this is my 1st Ryzen CPU and all i can say is wow! That being said the listed CPU is a 7 series 4800 the one I received is a 5800, cant complain about that as the newer CPU is preferred , the screen is listed as a 120hz , its 60hz. Also i feel like this is a used product the packaging looks like its used/opened before? also a lot of hard drive space has been used this might be bloat ware from ASUS IDK ? but i would say its a good all purpose laptop that seems to work well. If you looking for a 14 incher this is a good one. Try a different seller though.

First thing I have to say I am really disappointed with the shipment (took 41 day) and if I had not complained it would not have arrived. But the computer is very high quality, everything is new, the speed and good performance (good keyboard) I really liked, but the computer does not have the aniME and the cooling machine is quite noisy, the battery is nice but no wow, in short I really liked but maybe it's because it's my first computer ...

The Problem: I have two major issues, first, the laptop will show a black screen (screen will shut-off) when the system switch from it's dedicated graphic card to it's built-in graphic card. Second issue is, it will randomly freeze, hang while I am working so I had to initiate a hard reboot.The Workaround: To address the first issue, aside from installing all the windows update, I have to update the graphics card driver directly from from the ASUS website. But, for the second issue, even after updating all to the latest driver, it will still randomly freeze, the last time is when I am working on excel, and the most horrifying is while I am presenting to a potential client.Bottom line: Since I cannot address the second issue, I decided to return this and look elsewhere. I really wanted to keep the laptop as the size and the specs is exactly what I needed, but since I cannot rely on it to work every time, I have to pass.

I really loved this slick little lappy until it started turning off randomly. So I thought, I'll register it and see what I can do to get it repaired. Found out my laptop was already registered The seller, "Galaxy Storefront" obviously sent me a used one that somebody else had already registered, probably for the similar reasons I was trying to register it.When I looked to see if I could get a replacement, I was directed to a refund instead. That's fine, I can deal with that and get what I want from another seller.Amazon was amazing getting this all taken care of, the product seemed amazing while it was working, but I can't give high star ratings when the product I received was faulty.
