Not the fabric conditioner that I remember
Diluted, not concentrate , no fragrance. I used Chanteclair products in Italy and always found them very good, the fabric conditioner I received is not par with the one I am familiar with.

Fabric softener
The small was ok it did make my clothes soft but for me I like the softer that makes your clothes smell lovely and to be honest it wasn’t value for money it was expensive for what it was but iv give it four stars because its a fabric softer and it did that .

Expensive
We have tried same product in Italy and it was amazing, and because of that experience we wanted to have here.Found it here on amazon but to be honest nothing compare with the one we tried in Italy.Very expensive and to be honest Lenor or similar brands are far better.
