Mr Kipling 5 Mini Battenberg X 5 Packs

Love these. Have purchased multiple times. They take a while to ship from the UK, but worth it. They are small cakes, with a great almond flavor.

Also great customer service.

These cakes are amazing. I got a box on a recent trip to England and had to buy five more boxes as soon as I got back to the US. We don’t have any cakes like these here! I wish there was more in a box but then again, I would just eat them all and get fat lol I will be buying more. They came faster then it said they would too so don’t be put off by the delivery date. I got them one week before the earliest delivery date

I love these and they tasted fine. However, the expiration date was a week after I received them. Not even I, could eat 25 little cakes in a week! LOLOL Just be aware of the short expiration date.

This is the second time I've ordered these. If you're not familiar with them, they come as five pieces of multicolored sponge cake wrapped in marzipan. They're very sweet by the way, almost to the point of being too sweet.I've ordered these internationally also, and despite the heat and the abuse the box was subjected to they didn't melt or change their form. The down side is that once you open the pack you have five pieces that won't last too long without drying. If they individually wrapped them it would be much better.

These arrived quickly and were nice and fresh.

I grew up in England and my favorite cake is still Battenberg cake. I was thrilled when I found this great deal. You can’t beat the price for 5 boxes for mini Battenbergs. I introduced my husband to these and he said that we need 10 more boxes. He LOVED them. They are, in fact, very sweet. However, since they’re small, it’s perfect.

I only received two packs of 5 for $52.22, instead of Five packs of 5, they also said to expect them by November 14th and there has been no more packs to come in the mail. I would not recommend them for anything.
