I ride where there is a lot of broken glass and goat heads and so far no flats
Easy to install, doesn’t weigh much, and so far no flats! Repairing an inner tube is not fun and these liners help with all the ridiculous broken glass and goatheads

Garbage.
These GAVE me a pinch flat on a asphalt bike path. I really believe I would have been better off with out them. There’s no getting around the end of the insert jabbing the tube. Spend the money for tannins instead.

Need more protection
I bought a first set of liners and these Colorado goatheads penetrated my tube within two rides. Had to order another set to double up the barrier attempting to keep the tubes from deflating.

Will slow you down!
These tire liners may eliminate punctures but they will also slow you down. The rolling resistance of the tire increases considerably after install, which means you have to pedal a lot harder to maintain you average pre install speed.

Hard to use and didn't work great
I think Slime tires are much better for preventing flats.
