as long as you set your delay to at least two seconds. One second (like other cheaper switches) will shut off the saw once the vacuum starts and you have to start the saw again, although the vacuum will still be running, so its a minor annoyance.

Yes you can, that’s exactly what I did. Can run vacuum only or when you use power tool the vacuum kicks on.
