Everyone is correct in saying that kids LOVE THESE!! And even my husband and 21 year old brother love playing with the kids and their swords (brings out their inner child I guess haha). They are extremely soft, but durable and there's virtually no way a child can get injured using these on each other as long as you prohibit face/eye shots of course. The handle did break after some use but nothing a little duct tape couldn't fix. So happy with the hours of play my 3yr old boy, 6yr old girl and one year old boy got out of this!

I would have given five stars but 2 swords handles were unattached. I simply hot glued them back together. They were well built otherwise. We bought them for our grandson because that is all he wants to do is sword fight! It was his 5th birthday and so we bought enough for all the kids to play with. Their ages were 4-11 and they hit hard, the swords did not fall apart, they had so much fun with them and no one got hurt, because they are soft on the outside while having a plastic support stick on the inside.

These are great for toddler boys - sometimes the handle ends pop off but it’s nothing a little super glue can’t fix super quick. My son LOVES them.

Picked up these for my Niece and Nephew as they were in a sword fight phase, definitely fun and you get a good amount of swords for the price but they will come apart if you have little ones that like to swing at full force. the foam isn't too hard and they have a central plastic core so they have pretty decent durability but if you want more than about a week of intense sword fighting, buy more or something more durable..They're pretty solid and soft enough that you won't get hurt even during intense imaginary battles, but when the swords are ready to give up the ghost, they will snap in half with minimal warning. Would definitely recommend for a birthday or a weekend of foam filled combat, but if you want something that's going to last a long time, look elsewhere.

These are planned as Christmas gifts for my four grandkids. 8 swords ensures that Grandma and Grandpa have a fighting chance when they gang up on us!These swords are about 2/3 thicker in the diameter of the blades than other foam swords I have purchased in the past. That should make them more durable. These are also slightly longer.I like the shaped handles too.Looking forward to playtime with these after the holidays.

Super cheap, glued together foam swords. Break quickly with toddlers swinging around, certainly understand these are not meant to last and will tear quickly with any use.

These are a great value. We have a 3 and 4 year old grand kids and they are rough. These swords do not have a solid center like some. They are not puppy proof however.

Fun, easy to use and play with, not too hard and very durable swords. Daughter was looking forward to a pink one for her to use and we are disappointed with the colors we received.
