It's the gel top coat - this starter kit comes with strips, not liquid color :)

No but you can use regular polish with the top coat

Q: Does this kit include the min LED light?

The Amazon write up says that it does not. "Cure under mini LED lamp (sold seperately)" . That's why I was looking for the separate cure light itself. I can't believe at this price you get both of them, but the picture has them together.
