The product is not working properly as it's music don't ring nor the circular display waste of money

Within a few months, the clock stopped working!
First they sent a clock with broken glass although the box packaging was perfectly intact.Got the replacement done and the second one that they sent stopped working after a couple of months.We pay good money to buy from reputed companies thinking we are getting good quality product but looks like the world is only out to cheat and make money.Pl don’t buy anything from Ajanta/Areva clock company, it’s nothing but plastic trash!!

Wrong time after 1 year
Ran well for about an year. Then time started slowing down and the hourly chime stopped working.

Poor Quality but excellent service from Amazon
The product was delivered in good condition in sealed Packaging.Upon opening and installation it was identified that the swan was not rotating. Hence raised a request for return for faulty product. On the specified date the product was picked up by Amazon executive and the full refund was done in the source account. Hence to summerize it was a very good experience with Amazon services but the product I received was faulty
