We used these in our early education center and had to warn our parent that their children have stained hands because these markers do not wash off as they stated they would. DOES NOT WASH OFF
I think these would wash off of surfaces but not skin. Washed with soap and won't come off toddler hand. If you read the fine print it does explain, however, the title is VERY deceiving!
