This gets 4 stars instead of 3 cause how good customer care is, there quick and awesome. Print quality wasn't what I had hoped, but am new to this so maybe thats normal, I had faded pink on bottom of cards, and also 2 of ten printed seems to mess up completely could be my ribbon, waiting on new one. But very easy to use I printed first card withen 20mins of opening box. Love it

Printer is printing pale..
Bought one of these..Worked fine when I first tested it but I didn't use it for a month and got some work for the printer but when I started to print it was really pale even when I changed the ink it was still pale, could this be a settings problem I need to get these I'd printed

Make sure you order ink!
I was very disappointed to find out (after receiving it) that it does not come with any ink cartridge. You would think the seller would put that in the product details. I think that in all my years in IT, this is the first printer I've ever received that did not include ink.

Reliable little printer on a Mac
First printer was DOA but customer support did a quick job of getting a replacement. Customer support also provided help with color matching, sending me palettes to print out and use to adjust logo colors etc. in the software I use for badges (Pages on a Mac). Mac driver works great and I can print from other programs as well. I have been using this badge printer for 10 months, have produced a few hundred badges, and it's a great little work horse.

Mac compatible?
I really wish this product was compatible with Apple/Mac. Not having the right software supports makes it very annoying. This machine has made our company good name badges though.
