Worked perfectly for a 2006 Toyota Tundra

Didn’t flex or bend! It got the job done.

The installation adapter was not cleaned after fabrication. The edges around the ends stopped the adapter from going over the bearing surface on the axle, and there was too much welding splatter inside the adapter. Fortunately I was able to use my Dremel and a 1/2 inch grinder to clean it up enough to use. Otherwise the bearing removal and installation went easy with a 20 ton press.

I looked all over, and this tool was less than a third of the cost of many I saw. It's my personal vehicle, and I don't run a shop, so it was all I needed to replace the axle. So long as you don't get crazy with it, I see it being able to last many decades

I loved the quality of this tool very well built. However the data on the years it will fit is incorrect this will not fit 2002 and up 4runners as stated because they do not have symmetrical bolt pattern on the bearings. As stated before tool is great quality they need to update their vehicle listings on title though as it can be misleading. Other than that I’m sure it will work beautifully for other models.

With a 20 ton Harbor Freight press, was able to pull the abs ring and press out the bearings. The design, with the included ring, lets you “hammer” the new bearings, shims and abs rings into place. Worth the price.

I had to deburr the edges of the installer sleeve before it would fit over the fat area of the axel but other than that it worked very good at removing and installing everything.
