Expiration is less than 4 months, which is annoying, but it's a dry product so it should last much longer than that. If you're looking for a quick vegetarian gravy, this is the product for you. Tastes great and super easy to make. I'll also use it to flavor and thicken sauces and soups such as beef stew.
