Good holster, nice fit.
03/04/2023So right out the box you will need to put your firearm in and allow the holster to stretch a little to slow the holster to conform. This is normal and exactly what you want.Leather seems to be good material. Metal seems to be good material as well. I will update if anything changes.06-07-24Holster still works great. 10/10

Perfect fit for Beretta 96A1 (Yeap .40 S&W caliber), with 5" barrel (well, 4.9" barrel actually).
Before I bought this Maxx Carry holster, I bought the original Beretta Holster for 92FS, 92M9 and 96A1, from Beretta website. But the fit is too tight to put the gun in and unholster. Even when I put the gun in a plastic bag and I leaved it for 3-4 days. Don't get me wrong, is a nice holster whit the logo of Beretta but for the 96A1 is useless. If you have a Beretta model 96A1, this is a good fit holster (you just need to break it for 2-3 days). Don't pay almost 3 times the price of this Maxx Carry getting the original! Besides the Logo, I can't see any difference.

Well made but....
You can not run or roll around with these, I have several models for different pistols but if your looking for retainment look elsewhere. Your gun will fall out if you're not just sitting, walking or basic movementsIf you want a decent walk around/ just "get it in a holster" thing.... it's alright.

Fits the Beretta M9A1
If your looking for an affordable appendix carry holster for your Beretta 92/M9/M9A1 this holster works. It fits both of my 92fs and M9A1 with the rail but without the light. The holster leather is not as thick but it holds the pistol well. Even with the m9a1 it covers the trigger guard and slides out the holster well. One thing i recommend is to use some velcro and put a spacer so the firearm does not stick out from your waistline. Overall I like this holster and use it almost everyday.

Excellent Holster for My M9
Received my IWB Max Carry Leather Gun Holster today for my Beretta stainless steel M9 9mm pistol. The craftsmanship on this holster is excellent. My M9 fits superbly. I coated the interior of the holster with Galco EZ-Draw holster lube to make the draw even slicker and it worked great. The protective extension at the holster top makes for more comfortable carry, since the gun hammer and frame can’t poke you in the belly or back, like other holster designs. Overall, I am very pleased with this holster and highly recommend it.

Does not fit Beretta 92FS M9A1
The description for this item indicates that it fits the Beretta 92FS M9A1. That is inconsistent with my experience with this product. I wasn't able to insert the firearm completely into the holster; it seems that the holster is not able to accommodate the picatinny rail. If I force the firearm into the holster the slide starts to actuate, and it still doesn't seat correctly. Disappointed with this holster and the inaccurate description. Instead I purchased a Beretta IWB holster made specifically for my firearm and it is perfect. One star for the misleading description. Thank you for the lesson Max Carry, I will never purchase from you again.
