Perfect little tea kettle
I love this little tea kettle. I’ve only had it for a few days, but so far so good. It’s the perfect size. It’s 1.5 quarts and not too heavy with water in it which makes it easier to handle. Boils water super fast. I Love the pastel light teal color. I like the fact that’s it’s enamel over steel, I don’t think that will rust as easily. But do make sure you wipe it dry after every use like the instructions say to be sure it doesn’t rust. I like the fact that the handle bends back so it’s easier to take the top off. It does not whistle which is fine with me, I don’t need it to, but it does let out steam so you know the water is boiling.

Excellent kettle
This kettle is the best. We had a very cheap metal one that lasted a long time but was hard to clean and wasn't that visually appealing or enjoyable to use. And we had one of about the same price as this one that rusted immediately and the lid was stuck on and was hard to clean. This kettle is beautiful and seems to be well made. It holds a good amount of water and has a nice whistle (not as loud as other ones.) It's very easy to clean inside and out because of the enamel. We've used it for 7 months and it's like new with no rust. The one thing I don't like is that when I flip the spout open, a little bit of hot water flings out onto my fingers. Considering how good it is otherwise, I can live with that just fine.

Cute but whistle waning
Love my little teapot. It's cute, has a great color, and whistled out of the package upon first boil. The whistle was sweet and loud enough to hear in another room. The whistle after I think it's been maybe 3 months is now barely whistling. Not sure what is up with Kenmore. They really should fix their whistles. I mean the thing has two jobs, boil water and whistle. It's an age old task that should be more than perfected in 2022. I want mine fixed by Kenmore, but it's past the date of return now (only 3 months in, which is utter BS since it's a manufacturing issue.)(Note: The one I ordered for my friend didn't whistle. The one replacing the one I got for my friend barely whistled out of the box too so we returned it again.) Kenmore, Do. Your. JOB. It's a shame because it's otherwise a great teapot.

Great size
Cute tea kettle, perfect for our needs. We didn't want something huge, just something that is good enough to make tea for one or two people. This is the perfect size, fits in the cabinet well, and warms up quickly. I also just love the style of the lid handle, it kind of triangular. I also think the color is gorgeous. Definitely worth the buy.

Sometimes you hit it right!
My ancient tea kettle finally got to the point of being unusable, and I tossed it out. I don't use a kettle very often, but I did miss having one. So I started browsing, and I was taking my time looking in every corner of the Internet, and frankly it was getting ridiculous. My relentless search had so stop somewhere, and for some reason, this one appealed to me, even though I don't have a particular love of aqua. I ordered it. And, well, it is actually just perfect. It's making me want to boil water on the stovetop all the time now, instead of heating it up one cup at a time in the Microwave like I have been doing for several years. It's cute as a button, solid, easy to clean, and it has a nice whistle. I rated it Medium in "Value for the Money," only because it was more expensive than I would have liked -- but then almost everything is too expensive right now -- so don't let the price tag be a deal breaker. My advice? Try it! I think you'll like it.

The style and the functionality for the price can’t be beat
Attractive color that blends well in my kitchen. The handle folds down sideways to allow for full access to the inside of the teapot for cleaning which is actually really nice. Whistle is a tad pathetic, it’s a very light sound but it’s also easy to tell when it’s boiling so I don’t mind. When comparison shopping and based on what I received I feel like you can’t beat the style and function of this teapot for this price.

Flaw of spout design
Like: size, color, shape, substantial weight material, heats water fast.Really bad: when you open the spout cover, scalding water splashes your finger; to move the cover to close position you have no cool area to hold -I use a towel to cover this spout, for both functions. Can I at least get a credit for the inconvenience?

I sent it back.
I liked the size and the appearance, but it did not whistle and seemed dangerous when trying to open the pour spout. The steam would shoot out all around the spout not just the hole that is supposed to whistle. So when you needed to open the spout so you could pour out the hot water, you would have to put your fingers through and around the hot steam coming out around allsides of the spout to push open the tiny metal piece that had a small piece of rubber over it so you would not touch the hot meatal. Enough said I guess. Appears to be very poor design and/or poorly made.
