Q: Will these go over a medium baby bump?

I think while pregnant a fuller brief is more important. This is because the smaller ones tend to roll down and can become uncomfortable. And if rolled can make them less liable to stretch which can cause rubbing as baby bump gets bigger.

Q: What size for a UK 20-22?

I’m a size 14, I got xl and they fit nicely, on the generous side, but I like my comfort. I hope this helps.

Hi There knickers are quite close fitting, a full brief, I found they are stretchy and comfy. They won't move around under tights.
