Got it all setup in my garden, absolutely love it.Would be better if it was possible to remove the fabric to put in washing machine.

Firstly, the product itself is excellent, it’s large, but you want it that way. Easy to put together, had it up and running within 15mins and did it on my own (2 people would be quicker!). It’s very sturdy, holds the weight of two adults with no issues. Lovely stuff.The customer service from Anna at Tectake was second to none - I had a small issue caused by an external factor (no problem with the product) and a simply enquiry led to it being resolved quickly and with a fantastic resolution that I was not expecting. A great example of superb customer service, that will go a long way to me using the company again. Thanks so much

This is a very well made and sturdy hammock. It is large enough for two medium sized people and is so so comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the items but this was rectified by Tectake at lightening speed. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this product.

You would think an expensive product will give you quality. After a year it ripped. I am 14st. Was comfy until then. Was hoping would last much longer than that

After 1week the cracks opened up in the wood. Also had to clamp and glue one of the ends as it isn't one curved piece, rather 2 thinner pieces badly glued together. I bought a hammock with a wooden frame as it appeared more substantial than a metal frame. Sadly not in this case

Bought this double hammock years ago and have been delighted. However, although the hammock is still in good condition, the wooden frame is breaking up I guess from our dreadful wet Scottish weather and I had nowhere to store it. Is it possible to just buy the frame?
