7 Hatched
Received 12 eggs. After candling after 2 weeks in the incubator 9 were fertile. 7 hatched at around 18 days. 2 did not hatch. This is the first time hatching quail eggs so I'm happy with the results. After 3 days the seven are doing well. I bought game bird feed at the local farm supply that was 28% protein. I ground it up more in a cheap blender to almost a powder for the new babies. Put in a paper towel in the (homade) broader box. I will feed them this for the first couple weeks then give them the feed without blending. I put water in some 2 litter bottle caps for them to drink. They can reach it easily. I also have a regular quail waterer that holds a quart of water. They will get used to it as they grow. Make sure the waterer is for quail and not chickens. They will drown in a chicken waterer. They drink and eat pretty often so make sure they don't run out. They'll rest alot also. It's amazing how tiny they are when hatched. Hopefully you'll have as good luck as I did. I found quail eggs locally for 3 dollars a dozen so I'll probably go that route next time but overall I had a good experience with these eggs.

A Waste.
When it arrived, 2/12 were cracked with the yolk everywhere in the container. I am a longtime pro of hatching eggs, and so I candled the remaining ones to check for cracks before putting them in the 'bator: only to discover hairline cracks in two more of the ten remaining. I still went ahead and incubated the eight remaining ones, and though the temperature/humidity was perfect the entire time, at twelve days only four eggs had developed at all. Of those, only three hatched. It was a complete waste of money and I'm beyond frustrated.

Hit or miss
The media could not be loaded. Although the eggs arrived well packaged, one was broken on delivery. After setting the eggs and incubating them in my auto incubator, only two hatched 18 days on the dot. Of the two that hatched they’re great birds, no leg issues, and very active. If I ordered again I’d consider ordering 2 dozen to get an adequate amount of hatching, but it’s a dice roll.

Good quality of quail eggs
The eggs came well packed, they arrived right away.Once I set them in the incubator it’s was very exciting to watch them everyday. As we got closer to hatching day we couldn’t wait to see the baby quails. From our batch only 7 hatched, one of the quails hatched with a wry neck and Curly toe paralysis the chick is thriving as I’ve been able to create little tape shoes. I also had 2 other that had the Curly toe paralysis of which one got better after giving it tapeShoes, unfortunately one didn’t make it. will be re-ordering as this was my first time hatching my own quail. Total hatched 7 had 3 die a few days after hatching leaving me with only 4 Quails to raise.

Sweet babies
We ordered a dozen eggs and we were sent 16 so 4 extra. We let them settle for the appropriate time and put them in our brooder. We had several that pipped but didn't make it all the way out. We got 6 babies total but one was late hatching and died a few days later due to weakness and toe curling. For them being shipped during a cold spell we were happy to get the babies that we did. We would order again but maybe during warmer weather. I usually get at least a 50% hatch but this is the first time ordering eggs through the mail. The packaging was fantastic too not one egg was damaged.

6
I have 6 out of 16 hatched and now growing. Ordered a dozen but received 16. Due to lack of hatching. The chicks that had been breaking out of their shell and hatching, had bumped the ones that were almost ready to hatch but not quite ready. I am assuming it disturbed their end development and did not make it. My suggestion before entering them in incubation stage is lock separation between each egg if you would like full hatching. Every egg had developed but as days went some had been disturbed during that process. Future reference :-)I’m sure each egg would have hatched. Appreciated service. Thnx again!

0% Hatch Rate
I received my dozen eggs. They were shipped nicely. One egg was broken in shipping. I am an experienced chicken egg incubator. Followed all the quail egg protocol. Nothing hatched. I opened several eggs after to find just yolk. 0% fertility rate.
